Joshua Allen is a writer and director focused on elevated genre storytelling — narratives where faith collides with failure, identity is tested under pressure, and redemption is never simple. His work explores moral fracture, the psychology of control, and the cost of survival.
His feature projects include Redemption, a contained psychological thriller interrogating the idea of earned grace; Hounded, a grounded cyber-thriller examining predation and power; and Questioning, a character-driven drama centered on identity and moral certainty.
In addition to his narrative work, Joshua is the Founder and Director of The Atlantis Awards, an international festival built on the principle that celebration does not end with selection. Atlantis actively advocates for its artists, elevating craft across writing, performance, direction, and technical disciplines. Through both his films and his festival leadership, Joshua is committed to serious, disciplined storytelling that respects both audience and artist.
